Our Story
Our story began with a simple observation: too often, cafés and hotels were serving biscuits that felt like an afterthought. With 3 generations of baking, we knew there was room to do it better, and to create something designed specifically to complement tea and coffee.
From the beginning, we focused on doing one thing well – making cookies that are consistent, considered, and suited to hospitality environments. Built in small batches and made by hand, our approach has always been about simplicity, done properly.
As we’ve grown, we’ve partnered with cafés and hotels that care deeply about quality and detail, becoming part of spaces where small things make a big difference.
Today, we continue to make our cookies by hand, in small batches, designed specifically to sit alongside tea and coffee. Every recipe is developed with balance and consistency in mind, so that it works seamlessly in service.
Though we’ve grown, our philosophy has remained the same: to keep things simple, honest, and without shortcuts. More than anything, we value the relationships we build with the people we work with, and the role we play in the experiences they create.
